Safety First

Insurance & Background Checks

All crews are covered under JGI’s worker’s compensation and commercial general liability policies thus insulating our clients from potential insurance claims. JGI completes background, E-verify & drug testing, training verifications and FAA records checks.

IRS & Department of Labor Issues

JGI will assume all the employer services: State and Federal Regulatory Taxation Compliance whether your company requires a W-2 temporary employee of JGI or a 1099 sub-contractor. Your company retains operation control of the contractor as the direct supervisor and JGI is the employer relieving the client of potential insurance liability, IRS liabilities, administrative responsibilities, employment tax liability and risk management of temporary personnel.
